I have China Blues, ...but how can one really tell if they are any good if there are no sides and no benefits noticed off hand. Do you have to just run it 2 months just to find out?

That's a lot of money and time to lay out to find out you've been pinning freeze-dried salt.

Is there a litmus test (other than pregnancy test) of legitimacy?
