Hello, first post so please try not to hammer me for lack of knowledge, I'm 22, 5'9, 12 stone, pretty cut decent physique.
Basically, playing high level rugby, tore my acl, one reason or another it's took 14 months for me to have the recon, in that time developed osgood schlatters, tendonitus, bakers cyst.
Anyway 3 weeks after the op my rehab is going well and all but the bakers cyst seems to have calmed down.
BUT
I'm tempted to do a light course of HGH (hypotropin), I know a few people who have done small courses and a couple who use it for bbuilding and none of them have tried to put me off.
I've never used aas and don't plan on using them either.
I'm looking for it to benefit my recovery through rehab and hopefully allow me to play at the same level i was but not have any noticable effects on my good looks and i'm more concerned about avoiding size gains and body fat loss than seeing them, hence my avoidence of aas.
What would you guys recomment i do? use it or not? how to dose it? will it benefit my recovery?
Thinking 100 iu, 2iu for first week build upto 4iu.
maybe do another 100iu after that, but no more than 200iu is my thinking.
