i can remember you posting about this a few months back. i can't remember though what caused you to have this problem in the first place? you took some time away from the gym it should of healed up by now.. does your job cause this problem?

have you tried krill oil and adding more omega's to your diet? this can for sure help right off the bat.. but if you work in a job that wrecks your joints then this is gonna be a recurring problem

My post surgery is actually really great (the reattached elbow tendon). Everything else is achy like lower back, shoulders, feet, knees. Now that I think about it I violated my rule of variables: When introducing more than one major variable to an experiment its hard to ascertain which variable is causing certain effects. So i started brazilian jiujitsu about the same time I started the HGH, so I could bet that the jiujitsu is wearing my ass out and Im not acclimated or in shape for it yet, since Im 36 and dont recuperate to that sort of intense activity anymore. I was kinda hoping the HGH would assist there but I must not be taking it long enough for that effect yet?

HGH causes joint pain...well it did for me and is proven to also...

what the hell man, its supposed to do the exact opposite. im not on large doses that need to be backed off of or anything

Is that the only reason you are doing HGH? If so, there are many better and cheaper alternatives my brother

well shit. like what besides glucosomine/chondroitin. i want something that works

Well i heard GHRP-6 is a great research peptide...I've been doing research and it is suppose to great for joint pains. You have to find the target areas though. Where is the joint pain? Forearms?

lower back, shoulders, knees
I get up from laying on the sofa for a while or something and the aches are there for a few minutes until i move around awhile or something

Bro, hgh causes hyperplasia (the growth of new cells). When you make new mucsle you are putting more stress on your tendons and joints, because you are actually building new muscle, so your joints and tendons, ect have to keep up with the new muscle that is being built. Actually, imo hgh is not good at all for tendons, and joints. I need a joint replacement in my right shoulder. My shoulder constantly aches. I'm on deca right now and the aching is minimal. I know it's just temporary, but I'll take it... Try deca.

I dont even lift weights. Run and jiujitsu only right now and using the GH for joints and overall anti aging.
Deca at say 150mg every two weeks might work for a couple months.

I would say at least do 150 a week. Just my opinion. But it works. I did 500mgs a week for 12 weeks almost no achy feeling, and my shoulder usually aches 24-7.

I would go to the doctor like I said, there is great creams for curing joint pains. I have one, and it works great

running and juj will definately effect your joints.. trust me i used to be an endurance runner.. only thing i can tell you for running is run on grass, not on sidewalk.. i cringe when i see runners on sidewalks hammering away. and get good, correct fitting shoes.

only thing i can recommend is tons of krill oil.... deca did not help me personally very much but i can see how you would get some relief from it cause of the wet joints it gives you vs. something like winny which dries joints. HGH is not gonna do much of anything, at your age your growth hormone is still high enough to get healing. once you get into your 50's things will change.

avoid anti-inflammatories, they will only cause more damage long term. if it hurts then listen to your body, if you keep hammering away the condition can become chronic, i used to run 45 miles per week, now it still hurts to run cause i didn't listen to my body back then... it turned out to be a blessing cause i got into bodybuilding instead but i do miss those long runs.

I think anti-imflammatories short term save my joints, honestly...especially this anti-inflammatory cream i have...it works wonders! I put a lot of strain on my body wakeboarding and i have the best luck with this cream than anything i have used...i agree with you, anti-inflammatories long term would not be good but they work wonders in short doses...the thought of pinning myself 2 times a week to try to solve a joint problem that wont actually cure the problem doesnt sound that suitable for me...ive tried it, didnt do shit for me.

Isn't there some sort of vetrinary grade injectable guys are using for joint. They give it to horses and dogs and I believ ein humans in Europe. I cannot remember the name of the damn stuff. I think it does cause severe soreness after injection though.

What you need to do is go to the doctor....Get some Diclofenac...it is a cream used for joint and it works amazing! Just listen to me

If only someone knew of a good cream you could use for your joints. Keep researching bro and I bet you'll find one.
