What is the correct way to dose HGH I know your supposed to take it in the morning but if you were planning a low dose like only a few iu whats the days on/off schedule. I plan to run with my test/primo cycle in 3 months but figured I Would start it now. Im 5'9 190 28yrs old. This will be my 5th cycle
1-12 Test E 500/wk
1-12 Primo 400/wk

for fat loss,,,2-4 iu daily, everyday!
Inject AM or AM and PWO.

wow this site is dead tonight lol...any supplements that should be taken while on hgh and will negative or irreversable side effects come at this low dise?
 
How long are you running it for and at what dose are you planning? Also, is your goal to lose fat (waste of HGH in my opinion) or to bulk up?
 
i think the 5on 2 off thing is just to save $$$. dont think you will see much from 2ius, but i would start there and work up to 4ius. shouldnt notice any major side effects at this dose... minor may be numb hands etc...
 
i do 5iu split twice 8am and then at noon...ed

for fat loss it really does help while bulking or cutting..lets you pack in extra calories without the added fat gain, if you can afford it great thing to add on...wont get u shredded but every bit helps

dude why dont u actually get some motivation and train HARD before u start worryin about doin hgh lol....u dont even train legs man....and by the way guys enacer is my friend and he goes to my gym and he has absolutely NO MOTIVATION LOL

I guess if I ran as much gear as you I would be motivated to u fag lol...you better simmer down before you get kicked out of another gym;)

Anyways, I would recomment 2IU's right when you wake up, 2IU's right after you work out. Wait 30 min after injecting to eat in the morning, wait 15 min post wo to take Waxy Maize + protien drink, then eat 1 hour later. If not working out in the afternoon is fine.

I could probably wake, shoot then shower and get ready but would be 20 mins before I ate. If I was to do 3iu and split it up would 2 in morning and 1 PWO be better? Only other problem is I bring my shake in my car for after my workout and then have a 20 min drive home. Would it be ok to leave the pin loaded in the car for 1 hour?
 
I would never drive with a loaded pin. How long is the drive to the gym? You want to shoot before you drink. Do you drink Waxy Maize or just protien drink?

20 mins roughly. I havent used waxy maize usually 8oz natural grape juice. and an isopure shake
 
ok, so you have been lifting for a while. Why don't you get some real post work stuff, nothing personal but damn if you going to go to the trouble to do AAS why not use the good stuff too. Get ahold of some Karbolyn and throw in something like a Aftershock PWO drink. You will not believe how much mass you will be able to put on with the karbolyne. Be carefull not to drink it as a meal replacement becuase that will make you fat!!!
