Okay, after reading all that, I dont want anyone to take what I said wrong..and NO i dont want anyone to think that you can pop 220mcg t3 and be fine...and yes everyones thyroid is different I was simply saying that I have never heard anyone ever getting hurt from t3..now do I know everyone who has taken it..NO, but you hear everyone taking about how you can f**k up your thyroid..I am going to have to second guess this..im sure if you take it in the wrong manner, it will take longer for your thyroid to recover..but the same is with AAS, if you take a bunch or roids and then just come off...you might be in some trouble..but does that mean your body will never produce test again..NO..it will just take a bit longer..
and just to clear something else up, im sure that if anyone looked at anyone thread in this forum they might get the wrong idea..but if your willing to read something on the net and take it as gold, than your a fool to begin with...there would almost be no way to help-guid-answer a person who has asked a question..without someone taking it the wrong way..you have to assume that the people asking the question have some type of knowledge behind them..and no you cant find this out by the number of post count they have..
now, I have found that the best way to take t3 is by monitoring your body temp..this allows you to adjust your dose..for me I was able to go up to 220mcg, without any problem or the need to recover, I take it in a 7/5 split...where I am on 7days and off 5days..if my body temp goes up, I adjust the dose down...if its goes down I adjust the dose up..until I hit the right temp..for fatloss.
There are many ways of running T3 and im not saying one is better than the other..as im not a Doctor...but I read so many people saying not to go above 100mcg or your gonna F**k things up...this is just outdated and not true..
I hope i didnt leave anything out. i also hope that this clears things up a bit...
