Just wanted to say Thanks to everyone that wrote me during my down time about concern since i was not posting... between School and Divorce, didnt have much time to get on here... Slacked for a few months, but have been back at it hardcore for a month and half, and gains are almost back to what they were when i took a break... You guys are all great brothers, and since this is the only forum i post in, figured i would post in here....

Thanks Guys.... been Training with some of Good Ole Steve Advice..... Minus one thing he said.... he told me not to find Sluts!!!! Steve, i can honestly say bro, i have done nothing but fuck sluts for the last 6 months.... lol, i dont need a girl, i need several at one time..... i have realized this.... But in reality, i have been lifting hard for 2 months... All my strength is still there.... 5'7'' 202 11 %.... But i did set some personal goals, and got my diet back down... Working on making some natural gains and then..... Youll Know i like to cycle for a year, then take 2 months off, then go back hard.... I have a Cycle planned for the future that should put me at the the 210 mark around 6%....

SVP- Hope your divorce went smoothly... i went into a depressed state for few months, but after words of encouragement, got outta my funk... glad to hear that your back too.....

Radar- You have always been of huge support to me... I appreciate everything you do bro!!!!
