Hey What about Sushi?

Man, I just started eating it and I dig the raw stuff. I know I probably shouldn't use the soy sauce but I just gotta. So it is good food source on a bulking cycle and please tell me it is also good on a cutting cycle.

And how about those soy beans that you suck out of the pod(man that sounded bad) they have got to be healthy right?
 
they are a good source of fiber and soy protein... please dont turn this into a soy debate anyone . lol
 
Sushi is a good clean weigh gainer. Lots of protein and omega oils. I used to go to a $10 lunch buffet once a week. I'd down about 20-25 of the tuna or salmon pieces and be full going back to work. The pea stuff, edamami, somethign like that.
 
Doesn't it use rice with a high GI?

In that case it's probably the absolute best you could eat.... but either way, it's got fibre, protein and carbs (and not much fat that I can think of) so it should be pretty good if you don't overdo it. Probably a better bulking food than cutting.

Damn, I love the stuff.
