I just now read though your sticky Threads involving training, exersises, descriptions, example clips, and sites. Very Very interesting. Just when you think you know it all about training, you see a Thread like that, with new exersises that will no doubt have me itching to get to the gym to give them a try! Thanks for the education, and moreover the motivation. It helped me alot.

I recently decided to go back to my old way of training, where I usually only train 1 muscle group per day. Similar to the routine that Gunter Schliercamp does, if you happened to read it in the newer issue of "Flex". The one with Arnold on the cover doing standing EZ curls. Anyhow, I needed a few new exersises to do for Hamstrings especially, since I don't like to do that many sets involving lower back, feeling that I am putting too much stress on it over the course of a workout cycle, given that Squatting, deads, pc's, and others are also working that area. I found a few lifts that will enable me to break up my hammy workout into several lifts at less sets, rather than just SLDL's and curls at multiple sets.

Thanks.
