What was your recipe for 2 weeks bulk 2 weeks cut?

Could you do 2 weeks of dbol and prop

then 2 weeks of winny and eca or clen?

with test at 300mg for the duration?
 
hey bro how ya been?

youre refering to the 'yo yo' plan
basically, 2 weeks cutting, followed by 2 weeks bulking, and back again for 12 weeks (or however long you wanna run it)

the choice of gear isnt as important as the diet/cardio.
but during the cutting phase, i like to add a strong oral like dbols at 60mg a day or anapolans at 100mg a day.

the idea behind teh orals during the cutting phase is to spare as much muscle as possible as, after all, the combination of low calories and cardio can burn muscle.

try this my man:

2 weeks bulking - high cals, NO CARDIO, train 2x per day if possible

2 weeks cutting - low cals, train once a day followed by 30 minutes cardio, clen and/or eca stack will do.

on a sidenote, i like to go for a medium paced walk before bedtime....
30 minutes. the walk followed by 4 egg whites, and cottage cheese.
 
thanks boss....karma. I've been doing well, just trying to pack on some mass to my anal frame. Losing the cuts, etc....the mental part. So, based on you theories, I could just run a normal cycle of dbol and test for 12 weeks (dbol for every other 2 weeks during cutting) and just fluctuate my cals and my cardio based on my plan for that two weeks? Is this correct?

How do you split it up when you train x2 a day.....2 45 minute sessions? Show me the ropes bro.
 
thats the anabolic burst cycling (ABC) program that one of the muscle mags was talking a lot about a few years ago

shorter sessions is possible bro.

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I think I'd rather do a 12 week bulker, bridge, and do a 12 week cutter. Swithching compounds completly, of course. I've never bridged so I don't know if it's good for my body, but some bros are pretty satisfied with it. :Chef:

How do you get the eggs & cottage cheese to follow you? I tried it and they just sit there!!!!

Yeah, which most people have decided doesn't work that well. It's way easier to gain fat while overeating than it is to lose it while undereating (unless you're willing to lose a bunch of muscle too), so you basically end up spinning your wheels.

A bridge just means you're not coming off. Makes more sense to do the 12 week bulker, do your PCT, wait a month or two, and then run your cutter. Takes more time, but at least you're getting to recover somewhere in there.

Yo Satch what do you think of this I am trying to figure what to take from listening on this board?

1-12 Sust 750mgs
1-12 Equip 600mgs or Deca 600mgs? Still trying to decide which one will pick.
1-6 Dbol 50mg a day
1-12 Arimidex .5mgs a day
should I also add Provron and how should I take it?
On the Equip would 400mgs a week be ok or should I go 600mgs.

First cycle in 5 years so It should hit me good!!!

well..
looks like a solid bulking cycle.
but if you havent juiced in 5 years i think you can slide with lower doses.
say 500mg sus/400mg deca.

and oh..... id go with deca over eq any day!!

dbols make sure to not take longer than 6 weeks straight and even thats a stretch.. liver toxic bro thats why. what id do is take 50mg for first 3 weeks and then the last 3 weeks.

12 weeks?

you COULD take proviron at 50mg a day.
but for sure take aromasin bro every day... its the most effective anti-e and you FOR SURE need one with deca/test/dbol.

Satch, thanks Bro!!!! Man you have been the biggest help with all my questions since I joined this board this week! I feel like a kid with so many questions but I just like to know what I'm doing before I do it. With all your knowledge Bro I can't help but pick your brain! I'll be ready to get this started in two weeks and get Swolle up again. Like I said I am ready for people to be calling me Shorty 240 again & I don't have STUMP tattooed across my back for nothing. Being 5'7 & I weighed 240 at about 9-10% BF 5 years ago. Now just 205lbs so I am ready to Pump!!!
