Hey people in Toronto!

I'm going to Toronto on March 17 and I wondered where should I go party. I want to see a lot of chicks; hey, I'll have my own hotel room. Lot of fun in perspective. Does anybody have suggestions for me? Who else is going to Wrestlemania?

Since there is no karma threads anymore and I don't know what to do with my karma, I will spread it positively to anybody who enters my thread.

P.S I want a night club with nice women, clean place, no strip clubs and possibly near the skydome. Thanks in advance.

I think you are right Manny because nobody answered my thread. Hey, Toronto is a bigger city than Montreal but it seems there is more people here on this board from Montreal than from Toronto. Come on!!! Will somebody help me?! I really need it! My trip is on march 17! I want to plan something!

hey manny, can't give you karma yet. I have to spread it around first. But since nobody is entering my thread; it will take some time before I can hit you bro.

What kind of music do you want to hear, and what night?
oh right, Mar 17, Sunday night?
The major club district is in walking distance from Skydome; pubs on Esplanade (probably 15-20 min walk) like Jersey Giant, Biergarden, Fionn McCool's; dance clubs Fluid GSpot etc on Richmond & Duncan (10 min walk) or This Is London if you're a poser/euro houser a few minutes farther away; bars like Montana's are close too. Saturday everything's open, Sunday I'm not sure what's on, other than Fluid.
If you hear anyone say "Phoenix Sunday" avoid it, it's gotten pretty bad. Saturday night (alternative) might still be good.

online listings of clubs, bands etc at Now Magazine , Eye and Toronto.com . There's also a ton of club reviews at Club Kids United but check the review dates, things can change in a few months' time.

Thanks a lot Island. Do you have any other info on the Fluid Gspot? Lots of women? what age? Young, old, average, melting pot? I am interested in going to that night club. Is it the best place possible to bring a girl to the hotel? Thanks in advance once again. I'll sure have fun!

Haven't been to GSpot in a long time. Decent looking club, probably hip-hop on Sundays. 2-3 rooms of music, 2 floors.

Fluid will be house Sat and mixture of oldschool hiphop and house on Sundays. Always dressy-ish. Chicks are usually nice looking but it varies. Average age is early 20's, cover $10. Mixed crowd. Seen Michael Jordan, Wesley Snipes, Martin Lawrence, DMX etc there. Small basement club with 2 rooms. Closes at 3:30 or 4 but mostly guys after 2, 2:30.

Saturdays This Is London is pretty packed, lots of nice women but they're more stuck up (i.e. i don't make enough cash or have the look or something), cover $20, more high-energy euro house or something. Very clubby/dressy, bouncers pick people out of the 'line' (ie the crowd around the door). Late 20's and up to maybe early 40's.

Indian Motorcycle used to be really good, no cover and free coatcheck, decent mix of music. Cougar hunting grounds, beware, but not much attitude, very very easy to meet people). Closes at 2, lineup starts at 9.

Damn how could i forget, Easy & Fifth!!! This is another variable place but when it's good (like a couple weeks ago) it's amazing. I wasted the whole night trying to figure out where to look. Closes at 2:30. Last time.... well it was great. Lines up early though.

Good luck on bringing a girl back I don't have that trick yet :D

Well thank you. I hope I'll be able to but I don't care since I am not in my own city. I'll go straight! That's the fun of being on a trip. I only hope I will find that fluid Gspot.

Also The Guvernment has some nice eye candy as well, not as classy a club as the other ones now tho.
Money I hear is good in the ladies dept.

If you're looking for a more laidback atmosphere where you don't have to really scream in the girls ear to have a convo, I'd suggest Milano's. Saturday - House, Sunday - DnB... free pool.

I'll take great note. Thanks. Hey, just a question like that, how big is Wrestlemania in Toronto? Is everybody in town talking about it? Or is it only a few people?

everywhere I go. there's a conversation about it somewhere, on the public transit, at the pool hall, at work, gym etc.
It's like the Olympics came to TO or something. It's kind of annoying too, you get to see the bandwagon jumpers in ppl. The ones who never talk about wrestling, then when this happens they're suddenly the expert.

have a good time. wwf events always are, but then again I've only been to 2 shows (RAW, and Smackdown, no house shows)

I think it'S cool the people care about the event. I know, it might be annoying if a few people think they are experts and know nothing about the buisness. I come to Toronto with three of my friends and we are all long time wrestling fans. We're going to have a party. This is our first time in TO. I think it's a great city, I can't wait. Thanks for answering my questions.
