I just finished reading the bottom line, great read and lots of answers to questions that I had. One question comes to mind. any thoughts or ideas on workplace drug testing?? at the moment I'm just starting to get back into working out, don't know if I will ever go the way of roids but then again who wouldn't want to look as good as they can!!! so I was just wondering about being piss tested at work?

From what I understand, work places DO NOT test for anabolics...rather they test for "recreational drugs" such as marijuana, cocaine, opiates, etc. Is this true Nelson?

I have enough trouble with 4 strings. Then again, if it's good enough for James Jamerson, Chris Squire and Jaco Pastorius, it's good enough for me. : )


Yes, most work places don't test for anabolics but I can't guarantee it. You definetely don't want to use deca because the metabolites last for months. Testosterone will clear in a couple of weeks. Orals in a couple of days with lots of water and acidic foods. I've heard claims that using lots of creatine helps fool a drug test but I have no proof of it.

Yeah I've heard that claim also. If I remember I read that drugs will deplete the creatine in the body and that is one thing they look at in a drug test. true or not I don't know!!!!
