Been doing your calf routine for about 6 weeks now. Must have added a good 1.5" to my calfs......at least.

Awesome routine.
 
That's pretty impressive, do you do it once a week?
I've been doing his routine for about the same time and I definitely see some improvement.

My calves maxxed out in size a while ago but that routine is still the only one I do. It gets the job done better than anything else and only takes a minute -- literally.

Hurts like a motherfucker though, don't it?

It takes me approx 5 minutes to do the 75 reps with a max of 10 seconds rest between the "mini sets". By the 75th rep I'm about to fall over..lol

I get a hell of a pump, however I don't get sore from it the next day or even 48 hours later.......my calfs look 100% better though so I'm not complaining.

My calfs have always been a weakness of mine untill now.
 
Ya, I like the routine too, and I know what you mean by the pump, it's insane :P.

I took don't notice the soreness till the next day (but that goes for all my body parts really)
 
No soreness? You're lucky. Mine still scream the next day.

Next time, try to get it done in under 4 minutes. Fun.
 
as soon as this contest is over I plan on giving it a try
 
I've also had great success with the routine. My calves still suck, but they're MUCH bigger than they were before. I've been doing it for at least 3 months now. It still hurts like hell each time.
 
Did the routine last Thur. and they are sill hurting today.
Pretty much started feeling it the next day.

been using it myself. it's always been frustrating before working calves, cause you can pile on the weight and still not grow. with your routine i do 150-200 lbs and get nice growth.
