Hey need some help here, winny only did i mess up?

Gents, we got through to him. He believes us and said he will probably stop from a pm he sent to me.

Kudos to him for taking everyones advice and kudos to those that gave him good advice.

One last question, if i stop right now, would those 7 days be long enough to give me any nasty side effects? Anything i need to look out for? Do I come off it completly or do I need to slowly stop? Also have some novadex as well, would like to return it if its not needed though.
