My stats: 28yrs., 6'1, 217lbs., around 12%bf.
Keep in mind this is my first cycle. Otherwise I would have frontloaded the EQ and the Test and dropped the Dbol. My goal is to put on and keep 25-30lbs of solid muscle while hopefully drop about 2%bf. I plan to start this cycle in December.
1-13 Liquidex .25mg/ed
1-5 Dbol (Thai) 40mg/ed (20mg 2x/ed)
1-10 Test Enanthante or Cypionate(whatever I get) 500mg/wk
1-10 EQ (China man) 600mg/wk
5-13 Fina (using A's kit) 75mg/ed
5-13 Winny(Ttokkyo Stanol V) 50mg/ed
Two days after last shot Clomid 300mg/day1
Clomid 100mg/ed day2-7
Clomid 50mg/ed day8-21
I'll have Novas on hand just in case.
Alpha Lipoic Acid 1ooomg with post-workout shake.
Milk Thistle 1000mg/ed (500mg 2xed)
Multi Vitamin/ed
Vitamin C 1000mg with 1st meal after lifting
Vitamin E 10,000IU with 1st meal after lifting
Vitamin A 25,000IU with 1st meal after lifting
2 gallons of water/ed
Going for 6000 cal/ed, clean food
40%pro, lean red meat, chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, Isopure, Labrada ProV60
40%carb, oatmeal, cream of farina, rye bread, brown rice, steamed green veggies, apples
20%fat, Udo's choice oil, peanut butter, olive oil
Once a week I'll have a double whopper
Training:
Mon. Back/Traps
Tues. Chest/Shoulders
Wed. Rest
Thurs. Legs/Cardio(to keep the blood flowing)
Fri. Arms
Sat. Rest
Sun. Rest/ or Calves
Post-workout shake:
2 scoops Isopure 50g.pro, 0g.carbs, 0g.fat, 200cals
8 tbsp Hershey's cho. syrup 0g.pro, 100g.carbs, og.fat, 400cals

Mixed in 2cups of water 50g.pro,100g.carbs,og.fat, 600cals
