What is the closet to a meet have you worked up to a single in your shirt? I know you guys go heavy alot, just wondering, I have one more heavy bench day and was thinking of taking a weight with my shirt.

Ok, the 30 is my last bench and I lift on the 10th of August, so looks like I'll take a weight this week.
