I had a question I would like to ask on your bulking routine...
I am a powerlifter and train 4 main workouts over the week, but I also have kind of a unk workout during the weekend where I'll do a couple sets of Bis, then some stretching, rotator work, and maybe some abs if I'm real motivated.
Seeing as how the actual w/o part of this lasts only like 20min, should I use the Bulk calorie plan, or maybe the maintenance plan. Seeing as to how Ive already got a fair amount of bodyfat, I ddint know which of these two calorie levels I should aim for on this day.
