Just got my batch of 'Glucorell' from the Euro AF store and wondered if you could answer a question. Been taking one tablet a couple of mins before each meal and I have noticed I have been much hotter and thirstier all day. Is this normal?
The only other thing I have changed is my fibre intake. I bought a supplement over weekend and have added an extra 15g/day to my diet.
Also, just tried the new Yohimburn tonight before my cardio and I have to say it stings a lot less than the old version and it also seems to soak/rub into skin a lot easier. So far, so good!!

decrease in plasma insulin is the likely cause...

insulin decreases peripherial blood flow and inhibits GH..

both of which tend to make you feel warmer (perhipheral blood flow and gh)

btw- yes it has been noted by others.. though as with all things.. it is often a combination of factors related to the individual AND to the changes brought on by the supplement..
