Hey everyone im new to the forum so first off id like to say hello
..Anyways I am 6'2" and weigh around 210-220 range never really go under or over. My goal is to get cut and but a lot stronger i would like to stay in or around this weight if possible any advice as to waht i should take or do. Please dont flame just looking for advice. thanks guys
