sterility doesnt matter at all with this, the VERY low ph of the stomach will take care of that.
Id say that 6-10 tabs a day should be fine to judge results.

I wouldn't know anything about roids since i never used it but rather that swallow the fina I think it will worked just as good under the tonque as sublinqual ,-- i think spell it that way. I read studies where ospital rather than inject certain drugs they make it so the patient will stick that medication (i guess liquidfy) under the tonque and they say works just as good as injecting it. I guess youreally don't lose muc if any at all of the purity
