hey guys this last weekend i broke my jaw and the doc. says i gotta stay out of the gym for around 6 weeks what should i do to keep from gettin to small and losing muscle thanks guys for anyhelp:mad: :(
 
Light, Light weights at home. Maybe do a ton of reps with dumbells.

Make sure you sustain your diet.

...hard to sustain a diet when you're eating everything through a straw....best of luck in your recovery....
