Hey guys can u notice any size difference?

The first picture with the black shorts was taken on 5/16, and the second picture was taken this past Saturday 7/28. I began my test e 250mg cycle on July 9th pinning Monday and thursdays.. Thanks for the feedback so far!!

unless you are tucking things in on the 2nd pic you look slighly leaner in the stomach and pecs.

I don't see much difference in mass to be honest. I think we need to take a look at your workouts, how long you been working out? and give me an idea of what you are doing and how often. list your diet. if you are willing to change some things up you will get far better results on your cycle .. if you want a blunt opinion I think you could of went into cycle much better conditioned and in better shape then you were. but I applaud you for atleast posting pics and asking for help.
 
steve he started on july 9th and the most recent pic was july 28, less than 3 wks in. probably won't be seeing much progress from the test yet esp at 250mg/wk. although noticably thinner like u said. amann are u cranking up ur calories? what was ur goals from this cycle and how long u running it?
 
My goals are 2 reach 180,185.. My work outs are pretty basic Sunday I squat n abs, Monday back and bis, Tuesday chest and tris Thursday shoulders and traps.. I don't work out Friday and sat bc I have my son.. I'm just so damn sick of looking skinny.. I lift hard always but I do lift alone bc i don't have a spotter.. I'm hoping for the best here guys!! N calories I eat like a truck lol.. And I am SO SICK OF CHICKEN I had to choke it down twice today bc I'm just so over it!!

And I've been working out since hs football so since I was about 15 years old.. But mainly the last 3 years I've been trying to bulk

Can u give a tad more detail ;)
How bout you give a sample day of what ur eating?

Also are u getting in 3-4 exercises with 3-4 sets per muscle group? Squats are great bro but u gotta incorporate some other exercises in there... leg press, extensions, leg curls, calves.

Because ur using test e the test really wont kick in till week 4-ish. So keep hitting it hard and eating and u'll know. That dose is a tad low (it is 250/wk not twice a wk right?). I'd consider bumping to 375mg/wk and run it for 12 wks.
Keep killin it.
 
Yeah, what oxy said. Just because you've been lifting since you were 15 doesn't necessarily mean you've been doing it correctly..
 
Hard to tell size form pics. You look a little more dense in the second one.

Yeah, your training could use a re-vamp. Of course, I recommend my book. : )

read my 3 day split in my signature. you can put traps into your pull split and shoulders into your push split.. instead of a 4 day split.. this can make a huge difference for you.

hard to bulk when you are in the mid teens in body fat. no room to bulk. so get your body fat down a few notches first.

i think your diet needs to be improved, at your age with your genetics having a tough time gaining mass.. you should be at 10% body fat with plenty of room to put on mass without worrying about a few % of fat in the process.

right but my point was going into cycle he wasn't conditioned. i don't see very much muscle mass on his frame. this is why i tell guys to make sure they are conditioned before going into cycle, instead of spending all cycle struggling.

Yeah I'm on test e 250 twice a wk for a total of 500. N yes I do 3,4 exercises with 3-4 sets of 8-10. Like chest I'll do bench- dumbbell flies- decline dumbbell, .n say pec deck, then the following week I'll throw incline in n leave out the decline. N when I say squat I also do leg press calves etc. one thing I don't do is deadlift I frking hated it in hs. should I be doing this on back days u think?
