Hey Guys Are Steroids Overated?

Hey guys I was thinking about something today Ive been reading about roids for the past 2 months
Most of you Juicers say to eat the 1.5 to 2 g of Protein per pound of lean mass(some say weight)Now if you do this on your cycle only the protein synthesis will have a better chance In either JUICED mode or Off juiced mode
Some guys ever try to eat 400G of Protein off juice and have you ever gained ..........Im thinking fuck Im 220lbs
nice build that I built naturally at 5-9.5,But the most protein I hat was 280 a day
I thought sinec your on Roids your body utilizes the Protein more efficiently.I know Im started my first shot last saturday(sustanon) It will be in my system in 3 weeks....But Ill try to eat all that protein but fuck I hope I dont fart to much....(that mean you cant digest the protein,,,unavailable Ex:most protein+milk products)So I eat mostly meats :Tuna,steaks,eggs,bacon...with Rye bread red peppers.......anyway what do you think of all that protein....think 1g a pound is ineffective or closer to 2 g is better
 
Steroids + insufficient protein intake = poor gains. I like to take in 400g+ protein and use 12.5-25mcg t-3 to speed up protein synthesis. The t-3 also helps alot with the bloat from the extra calories.
 
I dont know which is worst eating all this food or hitting a nerve in my leg :D All I know is I need both (2 grams per pound ) to grow hugh!!!!Some times I only get 1.5 per pound ) try not to let that happen to much:D
