I ordered 3 things this past Wednesday and had them in time for my workout on Thursday afternoon. Flax Oil, 3/60 Triple Threat (chocolate) and PPA. I was completely satisfied with the entire process.
A couple of questions/comments for George or anyone who would like to chime in.
1. The chocolate triple threat tastes just like a milk shake. It's far and away the best MRP/protein shake i've ever had. I used to like Myoplex, but they changed their formula. I've been using Grow! with some Simply Protein sprinkled in, but this stuff blows it all away. It's so good, i'm tempted to bring it to a lab to see if it only has 20g of carbs. Anyone remember the Seinfeld episode with the non-fat yogurt?
2. This is more for George or anyone else who has used PPA. I took 1 pill, 45 minutes before my workout the last two days. I haven't gotten the kick I expected. In the past I have taken Adipo, which seems to have a similar formula, except for the aspirin. When I work out in the morning, I take 2 dymetadrine and hour before I go to the gym. Should I bump the dosage up to 2 before I workout?
