Hey guys.....got a tip from a Bama that this board holla's. Postings Look great. Need sum help on a cycle.

I am 6'3" 253#s 8% bf. Looking for mass.

I will be doing
500mg test week 1-10
40 mg d-bol week 1-5

The question.....is 500 mg of test sufficient for my size. I am 31 and haven't cycled for 6 yearsand this will be my second cycle.
 
Damn dawg, with stats like that you dont need any help! 8%bf @ 253? How much more mass you looking for? What do you hope to achieve/gain out of your cycle?
 
Played ball and my joints are sore as a whores snatch. Wanted to gain a little mass for when I hit the heavy's at da gym.
 
if it has been 6 years I would say you have enough, but I would also throw in some deca or eq. eq would be great at about 400-600mgs per week.
 
Deca will help with those sore joints if you are planning on hitting the weights heavy on your cycle. Just keep in mind that after you get off your joints will hurt again, the relief is not permanent.
 
Thanks guys! It is amazing how much football destroys your body! I feel 50 years old in da mornin! Just wanted to do a small cycle to get some spring back in my workouts! Deca was also suggested by my boy.
