hey bros gonna be doing
sust 500mgs wk1-2
sust 250mgs wks 3-8
eq wks 1 250mgs
eq wks 2-8 125mgs/wk
dbol 10mg ed before workout and cardio for first 3 weeks
now bros im looking at loosing 10lbs approx + or -5 lbs
my supps:
glutamine 20gs a day
ala 1000 mgs a day
vit c 3 grams a day
multi vitamin/ed
500 mgs ginger root with every meal
ooh yeah ill be throwing hydroxycut in there and thats it!!!!!!!
now im a larger guy at 215lbs at 6 ft and i want to go form 13% bf to 8-10% while retaining mucle and making me shredded
i will be eating lots of steak, chicken, tuna, protienshakes, lots of brown pasta and lots of fruits and vegetables but no dairy.
while on 2000 cals a day do you think i should be able to preserve muscle mass and shred fat, thnx guys
