This is Mike. I am doing this new thing on my CKD bulk right now and so far it feels great. I am on this routine that goes like this.. My exercises are Squats,SLDL,Bench,barbell pullover,chins,military press,barbell curls,calf raises. I do all of those 1x10 on Wednsday, 2x10 on Friday night, and 3x10 on Sunday. My carb up starts Friday evening after the workout and goes until Saturday night. Usually about 100-1300 carbs with about 2 grams of rala spread out. The other days I am up to about 4000 calories with around a 1.5 fat to every 1 gram of protein ratio. I am thinking of adding a 150-250 simple carb load 2 hours before my Wednsday workout. What do you think? ALso, should my calories on my full carb load day of Saturday be alot higher than 4000 or should I just hover around that. I cut out cardio almost completely. I feel that a little fat gain is no big deal. I plan on bulking until about February or March. Are the carbs in that .77 turkey at Wal Mart a bad thing. I am eating that shit up. I am also eating those cheap orange box burgers at Wal mart, They are like 4.36 for 5 pounds. IT seems that if I cheat a little bit on my carb ups that I feel better, mentally and muscularity wise. When I am totally clean I feel as if I did not even carb up. Maybe it is the rala, I am not sure. My last few weeks I was working out from Friday to Sunday, hitting my entire body and each workout was 1 hour to 1:20. I felt like I had been hit by a truck from Monday through Wednsday, that is why I changed my routine, less volume and more intensity and focus. One other thing. Should I hit my tricep directly if I am bulking, I have read mixed things abot this. My workout preaty much covers every muscle but there is no direct tri exercise. Thankf for your help. Mike
