I am about 2 let myself go a little bit. Started mini-bulker today. I am looking forward 2 my strength going through the roof again and eating.

Yep, I did. Got up to about 206lbs @ roughly 6%bf.

I hurt my back pretty good about 6 months ago and havn't touched a weight since. I've lost a bit of weight but nothing too tremendous. I'm starting my routine and diet back up this coming week and have decided to comepete in atlest 1 show in the mid part of this year. It'll be my first and I've got some research to do but I'm excited!

I'm feelin good and nothings gonna stop me
