hesitation:bulk or cut ??

I'm at 5.74, 190 lbs now with +/- 12% bf...
I just hesitate :should I drop 2% more of bf or just tryin to bulk now ???I dont know...
what would you do my bros ???
 
What are your goals?

Are you trying to prepare for competative bodybuilding? If so, I'd assume you do not have any competitions comming up soon - I'd use this time to bulk.

It sounds to me like your shooting for a certain look to make yourself happy. Why not drop the fat now and see what you think?

my goal is just to get as big as possible !!!
I'm not preparing any compet for moment...
I'm preparing a bulking cycle which was supposed to begin in january...supposed to last 6 months with GH,test...want to go in the heavyweight category.
In fact I prefer to be as cut as possible when I begin to bulk since I easily make fat gains...(this shouldn't be a problem with GH).
my arms are 16.5 (cold)
my waist is 33.4
my quads are 23.6
calves are 15.35
does 12% sound good to you to begin a bulkig cycle or should I go lower than 10% ??
 
I get where your comming from, I think one should head into a cycle as fit as possible. However, the differenct between 12 and 10% bf is not really a good indicator of how well positioned you are to take advantage of that cycle.

#1. Losing the extra 2% may make it much easier for you to guage the effects of your training, diet, and cycle, and to make it easier to assure you are properly balancing the three - especially diet. The benifit of losing the extra 2% in my mind is that it'd be easier to control fat gain while still maximizing muscle gain durring the cycle.

#2. However, you may be in a better position to bulk if you concentrate on strength and natural bulking now. You if your intention overall is to add a good deal of size, why limit that option now just because you are not on gear?

Personally, I think that if your goal is simply to pack on mass and to get as big as possible, the shortest route is number 2.
 
ok bro...you're totally right...
since I began a little cutting cycle 2 weeks ago,I'llcontinue it for the 2 next weeks,nothin more than that !!
after I'll slowly begin to bulk all natural and after let's go for my 6 months cycle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
in fact,I shouldn't worry about losin fat since GH will be included in my stack,I'll lose fat ( I hope)...

Ya man it's winter fuck it if your going to put on a little extra fat it mine as well be now,unless of course you live somewhere that you could go to the beach 12 months out of the year..
