Ok, so here is what I did.

I printed out that pic and taped - not glued - it on the side of a white piece of copier paper. then I tore out - didn't cut - but hand tore letters out of a magazine to make a message that said :

and I taped them on the paper too. Tonight when we go out to dinner, I am going to have someone from the table get up and go place this on the windshield of my partner's car. If I get up, my partner will know I did it. So I have to get someone else so he doesn't suspect anything. He is going to be pissed off as hell when he finds that.
