After months of waiting my great dane is finally coming! we had to build a custom crate and we have to drive a total of 6 hours to get him but my brown eyed babe is coming home!!!!

lol 4 is a lot of dogs....before one roommate moved out we would have four dogs here from time to time between his and his gf's dogs, and my other roommate's two....it was way too much.

Well the property is pretty big and they have their own "rooms"(the house came with 4 HUGE concrete kennels with windows, own water supply, drain hole, etc, my little ones have a mini condo each



Alrighty so he's finally here!!! Driving in Miami is fucking insane(not as much as Los Angeles though) and I dislike how everyone talks to you in Spanish whether you like it or not, I'd actually talk in English and they keep talking Spanish in Walmart, in customs, in the cargo company, everywhere!

We rented a Silverado to pick up the dog and the crate, then once we had him we took him to a local dog park to bathe him and let him stretch, fueled, bought some snacks and headed back, he's getting to know his new place and reacquainting with the other dogs, we already got him a new bed, special slowfeed dog bowl and have a coolaroo dog bed/cot for this summer

LOL just the wire we used to tie up the kennel since the damn thing was huge and heavy, he didnt get quaranteened because he came with the vet health certificate stating he is healthy and is up to date in his shots and everything.

1) Now he is weighing 145 pounds
2) The silverado was VERY nice, incredibly spacious, nice design, same MPG as the dodge ram, if I could I would probably get one but not crew cab I'd go with extended cab.

my french fell in the pool once and freaked out so the next day we put them all in one by one and taught them how to get out... I'm sure the dane can just stand and not drown since he's like 6 feet on his back legs but the deep end is at least 7 feet... I'm probably gonna teach him just in case....
