heres what my schedule looks like

okay heres what it looks like for me for the next few months...
Monday-chest and bis

flat bench-10,8,7,3,1,10 reps Pyramid
barbell curl-7,7,7,7,5,5 reps
inclined bench press-5,5,5,5
dumbell curl-5,5,5,5

*i would do more on the second exercise for chest and bis but i'm taxed by this time.

tuesday off
wednesday-legs

leg extension 12,12,12,12,12
calf raises-(w/150lbs)15,15,15,15,15
squats-5,5,5,5,5
calf raises-" "

thursday-tris and shoulders

Military press-8,8,8,5,5 last two sets rack up weight
tri pulldown-12,12,10,10,8
shrug-8,8,8,5,5,
french curl-5,5,5,5,5
dips-3 sets of 10

friday-delts and back

lat raise-5,5,5,5,5
bar pullups-7,7,7,7,7
flat bench bent rows-8,8,8,8,8
lying bring out (sorry don't know the name)5,5,5,5,5

sat-sunday off

Now i don't superset i do my flat then barbell curls then my inclined can you tell me if this is okay or if i should superset??i do this so thta in between exercises for bis and chest or what ever i'm doing i can rest my bis up for the dumbell ahead.thanks for advice and criticism i need it.

Shoulders = delts. You're hitting them twice in a row Thurs and Fri.

Looks like too much volume IMO. I'd cut down on the number of sets. You don't grow in the gym, you grow from eating and sleeping.

I'd do more compounds on leg day. I think leg extensions are worthless, but that's just me. Do front squats for your quads. Or squats with a narrow stance. Even leg press with a narrow stance.


Those are just my opinions. Take them for what they're worth. :)
 
well i don't think i'm gona do delts 2 reasons the oene you stateed and just that i don't know enough exercises and see the point of them now. I feel what you say about the sets but i'm doin 10 sets a bodypart 1 time a week how is that too much sets?? so what do you suggest for legs just a lot of exercises?? i need to work them out def. I'm really top heavy right now i can feel it and see it.

For legs, heavy squats, and stiff leg deadlifts.

I just realized you don't deadlift. You definitely need to be deadlifting man. Hard to have a big back without deadlifting.
 
deadlifting is using a lot of wieght from the ground on a bar and using your hams and back to lift the wiehgt up to about chest??or to abs?? I've never been shown how to proper deadift thanks
