Alright, ive read all this talk about clomid cs nolva.....So is the general though of nolva that it only suppressed estrogen. It doesnt bring natural test back down? So if this is true, it would not be good to just take nolva for PCT? Show clomid be taken?
Second, taking a shot of deca and sust every 5 days is cool right?
Third, is it normal to get motor mouth while on aas, as well as wanting to go to the gym EVERY DAY. Should i go with the wanting to go every day? or keep it every other day? Thanks for helpin

It is not necessary to take Nolva and clomid for PCT.
I wouldn't do Sustanon every five days....At the minimum every 60 hours. I would also recommend using no less than 400mg of Deca a week.
It's not a bad thing going to the gym everyday if you know what you're doing. Now, I'm certainly not saying lift weights everyday. Don't be afraid to hit some cardio on a day off:Chef:

Great answer chefbone.. I also recently started incorporating HCG midway through my cycles and for two weeks prior to PCT w/ nolva my recovery has been so much easier. 1000 M/W/F for two weeks and then start typical clomid therapy....if you can tolerate the sides from clomid.
 
thanks for the input. FYI this is my first cycle, stacking dbol,sust and deca. Im a hardgainer so i was just shootin 300 mg deca sustanon250 every 5 days...with 30 mg dbol a day. So far, after 5 days, im up 6 pounds. still waiting for sustanon and deca to kick in. Im starting to feel pumps more and more, thus making me want to lift everyday. Also, is it normal for skin to feel tight? What is this? Is it me growing? I love the feeling of lifting tons at the gym then feeling my arms. They look and feel full of something, totally bigger. I just wish i could keep that bigness i get after working out. Peace

The skin being tight would be the pumps.... umm no offense but after reading your posts over the last week or so, you definetley are NOT ready for AAS. You say you are a hardgainer, but you didn't even know how much protein to take in daily, on or off gear. You can't say you are a hardgainer if you didn't know how to eat correctly to grow before a week ago!

Inject the sust at the minimum of 2x a week. Deca 1-2x a week is fine. Don't weight lift everyday. Even though you are on AAS, your muscles still need time to recover. Train 6 days a week max, 4 days a week minimum. I did 6 days a week on the first half of the cycle, and now I'm doing 4 days a week, but bumped intensity up a notch or two.

Keep the sodium in your diet low to try and control bloat, and/or take arimidex. Drink 1.5-2 gallons of water per day.

my first time with deca i only ran it 300mg/week along with test at 500mg/week
2x week injections, great cycle
train hard, 4-5 days a week
eat big
sleep big
train big
 
Now, with test, i though sustanon would have been the best choice. For future refrence, which ester is the longest lasting, ie. only requiring 1x a week inject? Thank you ALL for the input.
 
you could do test enth or cyp 1x/wk. what kind of sust do you have? is it amps or in a vial? you would do much better if you injected sust 3x/wk. most will say use deca at 400mg/wk but with you stats 300mg/wk would be ok. the sust needs to be increased though. you want to keep the test higher than the deca. that will keep you from running into trouble. could you do like .5ml injecction of sust 3x/wk? i have run sust 2x/wk and run it at eod and imo it needs to be injected at least 3x/wk.
