Wall Street headed for another precipitous drop Friday as fears of a punishing global recession stirred panic among investors and sent world financial markets into a tailspin. The Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 550 points, triggering a freeze in selling.

I hate to say this but many are calling for a lower bottom. I actually did see mid 8's coming but people far smarter than I see a potential of much lower with 5k not out of question. Unlikely but it's a possibility.

That pretty much means a lot of stocks could see 50% downside from here. LOL. Nice.

Oh well, good deals ahead. Probably good now but since most of us have the attention span of a 2 year old it's not a good move.

Bush was gathering false info to invade iraq.
How it relates to the stock crash today ? That was bushes first move building a huge debt spending billions in Iraq then barrowing more money from china to feed the war machine and devalue the usa ecomonmey on a global scale.

But, being 75th asked the question I know he is thinking of the stock crash from 2000 - 2002 that reach a low in october of 2002 that started a slash of prime intrest rates to follow that drove up inflation to the huge peak 06-07 and now the cycle starts over
