heres my new cycle

thanks for all ur help 8,,,
ill cut the dbol down to evry other day making 40mg a week.. ill look into getting more primo but i figured the sus was enough and the primo would keep things tight and right figuring it would help keep the bloat down thats why i wanted to run it originally with the dbol.

ok cool, is there any better times to take the pills during the day like 1 morning w/ breakfast, 1 w/ lunch, 1 w/dinner, 1 be4 bed???? food should make it disolve beter right?
 
i workout at lunch. dbol has about a 4-5 hour half life.

i take one as soon as i get up, 1 right before workout, another in the afternoon, & one in the evening.

when do u normally workout?

this thread is a huge clusterfuck and you have NO clue what your doing. You need to research alot before you even think about starting. Youve made like 5 statements in this thread that make absolutely no sense or are just completely wrong, do some reading for another 6 months and then come back with a real cycle.

i get out of work at 4 so im at the gym from 4 15 till about 6, but i eat some food about 1/2 hour before my work out as well

in your case i would take one at 7:30a, 11:30a, 3:30p, & 7:30p (or with PWO)
