Here's My Healing Cycle..!!

Well I've posted about my broken foot and several weeks later was diagnosed with severe cripiling knee arthritis.....I'm now 50..
It's funny though it never bothered me till I was completely laid up and on my back for over a month now.....
I am walking eveyday...and I'm going to try the eliptical and see where I'm at...and starting upper body and may try leg extensions maybe leg curls...depends on the pain

This would be indefineate till I get up and running...

Test E...500 1st week ....then 250 e/w
Deca...400 1st week....200 e/w
Suspension for 3 weeks ...2 a day 50ml per for the kick
Anavar ...start with 40 e/d

I may play with with the test/ deca doses.....after all about the only thing I'm enjoying right now is geting laid...
Maybe something like 300 test and 100 deca e/w.....it will depend on my severe knee pain and my strength progress...I'm more concerned about the benfits from the deca...I can always add proviron if i need to...
 
IMO that is a heavy cycle for just coming off of an injury.

I have been plagued with injuries over the years and I always lay off the juice and let my body totally recover before going on cycle. I had massive hernia surgery this summer and the last thing on my mind is jumping on a cycle. I want to completely build my base before even thinking about it.

On the other hand, with you arthritis, (and age) Deca may help a bit. I have not read any articles nor do I have any experience with arthritis and deca though.

I am sure Nelson can chime in on this.

just go to the gym without th sauce for a month or a coupl of wweeks..get your body back in traning mode..and thn do it b ro
 
Be careful not to over do it and hurt yourself further. I would strenghten the knee without roids right now , then when you feel 100% incorporate a cycle at that time. Best of luck to you
 
I would only do the test and decca and drop the rest. Get some full range of motion work on your knee. But don't use heavy weights. use lots of reps and sets. You want to increase circulation to increase the healing.

I broke two bones in my left foot doing an Aikido seminar. It happened right at the beggining of a two day seminar and I wasn't going to drop out. The guy from Japan saw be brake them and he also saw I wasn't stopping. He made it a point to work a lot with me even though I was in real pain. Well the next day was super bowl sunday when I went to the doctor. Never go to the hospital on super bowl sunday you get the B team. The doctor took one look at it and said. "You didn't break it you were bit by a spider." It was swollen and black and blue but I'm sure he had been reading about spider bites so that's what he saw. Well I was in so much pain I didn't agrue just give me some pain meds thankyou. Well time passes and it's not reacting like a spider bite so I go back and now they exray it. Hey guess what it's broken and not healing straight. They offered to break it again but I declined.

I was in my early forties and getting another degree. I needed some art units and saw mondern dance would cover that. I though great I'll work on my foot and get my units. I can't stress enough how cool it was to dance in a room full of beautiful women. My foot got better and I had a really great time. I ended up dancing for three years there. Both modern, jazz and ballet. I had a great time having these women groping me and rubbing their tits against me. God I'm getting hard just thinking about it again. What a good time that was.

Ive been clean now for over 2 years now after 20+ yrs. of gear use.....
I can barely stand up right now...literally...If you seen me get up off the couch you'd swear I was in my 80's
.I would never condone such use for a beginer or novice for that matter.....I have no choice...I can't spend 3 months on my back andf then 2-3 more months re-habing a leg with severe atrophy.....

I would have to say some of the arthritis is from being a competitive powerlifter...and extremely heavy gear use ..I was in .220's,242's and 275 briefly.....my squats were very close to 800...740 in the 242's...couldn't bench for shit...480...

My ortho Dr. said my arthirtis is from the heavy gear use and the bones were drying out because of it.....

Now the cycles I've done have been as much as 1.5 grams of test....at 1 point in time I was doing 5-7 Syntex Anadrol on top of 10-15 rugby d-bol as welle/d...yea 250-350 mg's of drol....and I've done cycles as long as 2 years....
 
GH....and test......at your age you should be on test permanently and GH LOL
use these two at moderate levels........ say 2 iu/day and 250-500mg a week 4 EVER.........
