You need to really rethink how bad you want to enter into this game. Go through and analyze your diet and training first. At 5' 11" you should be way bigger than 150-lbs naturally. What is the point of a 5-week cycle? Either do it right and not be afraid, or do not do it at all.
Before starting, make sure you have your diet and training up to par, and then make sure you have your gear and PCT and ancillaries (AI's).
It would also help if you posted a usual day of eating so we can also look at your diet.

this can be a greater deciding factor than any of the info you have posted yet.
if your gonna do a cycle no matter what your plan needs a serious overhaul
research the effects of the drugs you want to take
a google search of each one will reveal profiles with pretty good info
your plan should include
dosage and length of cycle for each AAS
ancilary drugs and the use each one is for
pct
when it starts
what you will use and why
your goals and how your cycle will help you to attain them
if you can write this knowledge down you will probably will not need our advice
treat it like a homework assingnment and write a paper on it then post again
this is how i treated my cycles
and while they were limited to the info that was available to me at the time
each one was well thought out for months in advance
