I've heard more african american call each other 'Nigger' than I've ever heard a white person say that phrase... 'Nigger' So maybe you should direct your statement all races, not just pin point 'white people'

Why is it that when you see the countries populated by blacks, it is nearly ALWAYS poor third world countries ravaged by poverty, disease, war, etc..?

I mean, do any poor third world WHITE countries exist?
