So in the middle of Feb, I sprained my ankle at PT and tore a tendon or something in my foot. The doctor put me on profile for 4 months. So no running, lifting, rucking or anything above 10lbs. I have always had a hard time gaining weight, and I love to run. I figured their was no time like the present to try some pro-horomones and see what or how my body takes to them. I had gained about 20lbs in the last 2 years when i started this journey.
Any ways I tried decabolen for a 4 weeks cycle. I ate everything I could get my hands onto(with in reason). I got wicked strong for my own personal best, and felt good. In the 4 weeks I went from 158-172lbs with a bf of 12% .None of my shirts fit, and I just felt uncomfortable with the weight I had gained.
After I took amridiex for 3 weeks, and its been 5 weeks since I stoped taking. I kept lifting in the gym for about two weeks. Than started p90x to gear up for some training in GA.
Yesterday after 2 weeks of P90X and some form of cardio everyday i've lost 3lbs! Cant this be right.

I don't understand what your general question is? Regarding the p90X program i used it for 8 weeks and lost 15 pounds of course this is always going to happen when you drop your caloric intake.
 
I guess is only losing 3lbs after a 4 week cycle normal? why haven't i lost more weight? and general comments about how you guys and girls think i'm doing?

Where you already very lean? Or when you followed the p90X diet did it have you consuming about the same number of cals as you were prior to starting it?
 
before i started the PH, i was about 10% bf. I tried to eat about 3400 cal a day, but now i'm eating closet to 2600 cal, and most def not following the p90x diet.
