that pic was 5'8" 160lbs. never had my bf tested (i've tried the tanita handheld one's before, but it always said 4-5% so i know that it doesn't work for me).
14.5" flexed. i hate it! they get to 15" now when pumped and flexed. i am gonna have to do something about it....get into genetic science or something so i can fix it. i don't know.

i suggest doing overhead tripcep extentions with a dumbell. i also suggest using individual tricep exercises. for biceps do some weighted chin-ups. i like using cables for biceps alot. they seem to help.
i will say this everybody responds different to a certain exercise so change it up a lot. another thing i do is find the guy with the biggest tri's or bi's in the gym and ask him what he does and most times i get great tips.
