First of all, it's BIG BLAST -- not Red Blast which is just a creatine supp with some stims. I honestly would have to say that BIG BLAST would do more than any other suppplement in terms of building size. It's pretty amazing.
And my point was geared to the young natty. That's when tremendous gains can be made through hard training and lots of food. So sure, a little elevation in T and things like plasma protein, and creatine P12 found in BIG BLAST can make a huge difference.
