oook got my body fat done today at the gym,,,,,,,,,,,,,so here are my stats

5'8
132lbs
12%bf,,,,,,,,woooooooooohooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol im excited,, i thought i was around 14 or 15 %

my diet is pretty basic and boring 4-5 egg whites for breakfast 2 pieces of whole wheat toast,,,,,,, chicken & rice for lunch,,,, protein shake before i work out,,,,shake after i work out,,, dinner is usually chicken and some veggies,,,,,,,and thats about it


as far as cardio,,,,,,,,i usually do about 40-55 minutes in the am
 
um no flex i wasnt,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and i sure hope someon didnt put me there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:
 
you look wonderful... as far as the water retention goes, you might be holding a little, but you always want to hold some water... if you are constantly stripped of it, you won't be able to train or even function normally... your body looks healthy and strong just the way it is...

until a show (are you competing?) keep that water on you until that last week... I won't even drop my sodium until wednesday... keeping it high up until then... so when you do drop it, and add diuretics, your water will flush so easily... and you will be stronger up until that point.

On the topic of Hard Body holding any water..NO excess water retention what so ever. You're lean and definitely not holding any more water than normal or then you should be.
 
I honestly dont want to come off rude at all, you look great. But why does it seem like the majority of the girls here hit cyles way, way before the guys(development, but mostly time wise). Again, you look awesome, and I am not taking that away at all. I am not directing this at you just a q for all the ladies.

Oh hell no!!!! Since the first pic I saw of you I always thought your legs were your best asset.. hmmm okay second best "ass"et :D and in that picture you weren't as tight as you are now!!!!!

Guys make progress quickly with muscle mass, girls do not unless they're genetic freaks. The reason, circulating testosterone. In addition, estrogen = fat, so no matter what happens with diet, there is that handicap particularly with regard to lower body fat.

While I can't rationalize a guy taking steroids before he has trained naturally for a number of years, in women it is a whole different issue. Without the androgens, their progress is very slow and limited in magnitude. Certainly women should have a year or two of heavy training under their belt before considering AAS and understand the sides vs short-term benefits issue, but that's why the girls start earlier, so the fruits of their training and diet labors yield more prominent results. Many, if not all the girls on this board would not look the way they do, EVER, without chemical assistance regardless of how many years of training and diet they undertake.

Trust me, if your test and estrogen levels were that of a female, you'd understand real quick why they do what they do on this board if your goal is to build a stronger and leaner physique.

For good or bad, that is the way it is.

Case in point........and this is exactly why steroids are so coercive in nature, especially on sports teams and in gyms.

We got all over wlibbe for her participation/justification of the thin forum, and I'd have to say, Jenni's post is a clear example of where this board takes some of you. Even though low doses of androgens are still a better bet than hard core anorexia, it is still a path with potential serious psychological and physiological consequences for some. Hmmmmmmm................

very true W6, "roids" does not equal "hardbody". For a hardbody you need the right training, the right diet, the right rest and the right supplements.

Bit like the guy asking about VAR for jogging. Diet and training needs to be right firstly.
 
jenni u askes what roids "did i use" this is my first time ever doing any AAS and it is only my 2nd week on anavar. So i trained very very hard to look the way i do, i mean in only 2wks there is only a minimul difference from what i looked like 4wks ago.........

It alwasys kind of bothers me in a way when people just assume u are taking something,,,,before i started the As people at my gym already assumed i took stuff,,, i guess in away its a compliment but it also gets me mad at the same time.
 
I know the feeling! Strangely enough it's usually guys who comment - and guys are the ones with 10 TIMES the amount of natural testosterone! Maybe it's because guys are bolder or women are afraid to talk to me because they might "bulk easily" just talking to me. I'm not even big, just lean, so my little muscles show up. I take it sort of as a compliment, but hey, I'd like some credit for my hard work!

I can understand where girls come from to a certain extent as I train with my gf. And I see how much harder it is (my girlfriends dedication is 100% and I see much better results much faster) but it just seems like girls do cycles less informed here than the mens board and the vets dont jump down there throats. Again this is not to do with hardbody because your current physique is obviously natural(2 weeks aint doin much), and you look awesome. I just see girls asking questions about current cycles, and it seems like they should know that before they started. And girls starting cylcles before they have gotten very far with their own genetics. Again, I can understand, to a point and It's none of my damn business, just getting my opinion out there.

life i agree with u,,, i was reading on another board i think and this chick just wanted to take anavar so she could lose weight and get firmer. it made disturbed me a little bit b/c they really are not dedicated to the sport,,,just looking for a quick fix ya know,,,,,and thats not going to happen,,,,, i think u have to have the physic first,,,then after u have reached ur platuae and cant gain anymore,,,then get a little help with AS,,, but to each his own,,,,,

I'm completely with you on that one. I've been training for 1 1/2 yrs and I feel that I have made great progress with diet and training alone. I personally have no plans on using AS since I feel that I can arrive at my goal without. I don't agree with the girls who are wanting to take AS just to look like some celebrity like Madonna, honestly I think that is sad. :(

Look at the "Primo" question on the womens board...

and you will see that I'm not looking for a diet, etc. I agree with everyone and do train extremely hard, and have now decided what to take, my question to Hardbdygrl was because I am scared that most women taking steroids want to look like a man or be very big and i don't. I don't want to be any bigger than her, now I already have a good size genetically like her, and train regularly, and eat properly (most of the time), but have been given so much different advice I wanted advice from someone that looks the way I want to look. I appreciate also that there are some monkeys that have the wrong idea and you have to give advice incase I'm one, and looking for a quick fix, well I'm not. I would love to come back on the board in 6 weeks time and see more photo's of you Hardbdygrl and see if there is any more change. I build very easily and have great calves, most men are jealous of them, I run to keep them from looking too big, I never do weight training on them because they don't need any size, but I would like my shoulders a wee bit bigger and my stomach more defined, like yours hardbdygrl. Now when I return in 6 weeks time I will bring photo's with me and show you all the result. I'll be carefull, thanx to all the advice. Jenni

considering everything I just said, what's your opinion on how long I should take Prim, which I'm now going to take at 5mg per day to start, and after 10 days maybe move on to 7.5mg, is it safe to do this for 6 weeks, what is a normal cycle of this type of thing. Did you see a good change after 3 weeks and think that you could have stopped, last question, do I taper off to 5 mg for the last two weeks again. Thanx Jenni

Hey KBgrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrlie!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah i just told jenni i wasnt taking primo,,,heheh dont know were that came from. I dont know anything about primo.

Anyway it is my 19th day on the var,,, i started taking 10mg last week,,,,i am feeling very very bloated,,,but i dont know if it has to do with my montly little friend or what,,lol so that is driving me a little crazy,,,but owell.

As far as strength goes,,,i have noticed a big increase on the weight i can do for legs,,,,, especially hamstrings.... did leg curls @ 100lbs for 6 reps,,,,, i usually only go up to 60lbs. Did free weight squats,,,(learning how to do them,,, usually use the smith machine,,,lol i know i know shame on me,,hehe)
so i did about 4 sets,,, 95lbs x12,,, 115x 10 135lbs 8,, 135x 6,,,so that was a big jump for me .

i can do pull ups by myself now !!!!
so strength is up noticably,,,,,, notice a little change in my body,,,,, just want to get rid of the water weight,,then ill be set
 
oooooooooooook so i have had 2 people at my gym make a comment about my jaw getting bigger,,,,,,,,,,WTF is that,,,,,,,,,,,,,, its only been 2wks into my anavar cycle,,,,,,,,,,,, i have heard oooooooh shes getting too big,,,,,,shes on steroids,,,look at her jaw,,,,,,hahahhahah i just had to laugh,,,,,,but now i think its going to bother me,,,,,,var dosent do that to ur jaw line right??????????,:rolleyes:
 
Hard-First you aren't holding any more water than you should be holding so get that out of your head. Second do not listen to the people at the gym they are incorrect and probably jelous. Third you look great and I'm glad things are going well for you. Keep training hard and keep your head up. Peace

wow... i have no idea about the jaw thing...thats odd that they just noticed this all of a sudden:confused: . i never noticed any changes on my face but i did get lots of comments about how "big" my shoulders and back were getting. people are so annoying.....its like.... yea buddy.....like i really give a shit what u or any of these other jack asses think. dont let it get to u...ur going to hear talk wherever u go hbg.... just keep an eye on changes.... take pics so u KNOW nothing on ur face is changing. if ur face is really changing....which i doubt it is at this point (low dose of anavar) then i would stop......other than that keep poppin dem pills momma!! :p

The reason they are saying that is prolly cuz you're gettin a lot more difined all around, including your face. It'll show that off a lot more, that's it, simple.

When my body fat first started getting really low, lower then it had ever been b4, I had the same concern....but it obviously was just the fact that my face had less fat in it than b4....

I think you are big enough but everyone has different tastes. Looks like you work your back a lot.:)
 
test,, u think im do big???? haha i often hear the same comment u made about camping out at the gym,,hehehhe i train about 1 1/2 - 2hrs every day,, i only train my back once a week,,that is my strongest body part i think,,, i love training it,,,,, i always had a lot of muscle in my back,,,, i was a swimmer all through my pre teen and teen yrs,,,, but havent competted in swimming in about 6yrs.
