Herbal Vitex vs. Pharmecutical Vitex

I went to pick up some vitex and the supplement store the other day and I saw 2 version of vitex. The pharmecutical one though was only 100mg a dose where the herbal was 450 mg. Which one would work better and at what dosage and would be more cost effective?

Surely the pharma would work better I'd guess.... cost effectiveness...well how much do they cost?

not pharmaceutical..

probably just an extract.. if done properly it MAY be more effective.. as they are not entirely sure which consituents are responsible for its prolactin suppressing effects.. (much like tribulus.. though the bet seems to be on protodiocin)
