Helpful rules you add when on cycle ?

What are some helpful rules you add when on cycle ?

Say for example...

What amount of calories do you run ?
Do you up workouts or volume ?
What do you add in your diet ?
Or list what you think you must do in order to acheive the most from your cycle ?
 
There are three elements to succesful body building, Diet, training and recovery. I try hard to get all three right when im not on a cycle but when im on i try extra hard because i know im gonna make much faster gains so i dont want to hamper them.
I find my training insensity goes up anyway due to the strength increase and the buzz you get from beating PBs every time you walk into the gym. ;) I dont increase my calories per say, because i eat a lot of cals even when im not on but i normaly just have an extra shake a day. And finally, cut down on any partying! Late nights and drinking wreck my positive frame of mind. I cant eat properly with a hangover and end up eating a 3rd of the cals i should so i dont get drunk at all whilst on a cycle. (ill have the odd night out when im not)

General rule of thumb just be that bit more dedicated than you are when your not on. (If your not dedicated at all when your off cycle, you probably shouldnt be taking gear anyway!)
 
Yeah, just keep that intensity up and do not do anything to hurt yourself. Ease into the heavier weights and do them, but just dont get to the point where you think you can do something and try it and hurt yourself. Also the diet and "some" low impact cardio.
