I'm 18 years old been training since 14 and pretty hard! Eat a lot of clean calories. I've hit a plateau and feel maybe its time to use aas.... Any help would be appreciated!

I was at your same point when I was 18. Dont give in. Keep tweaking your diet and you'll find what works
And do this workout:
Monday
Squat 10x10 leg curls 10x10
Extensions 3x12 rdl 3x12
Calf 10x10
Wednesday
Incline 10x10 wide pull up 10x10
Flat bench fly 3x12 row 3x12
Leg raise 10x10
Friday
Up rows 10x10
Bent side raises 3x12
Incline curls 10x10 dips 10x10
I've blasted through plateaus with this scheme. If the workouts are on the same line it's a superset
