Back to the original question which is "what are you short and long term goals"?? I don't honestly think you should know the details of where you're going at you age, but I'm guessing you might have some interest in (pick as many as applicable):
Gaining muscle
Losing fat
Getting healthy
Staying Healthy
Changing your lifestyle
Exploring career options
Catching a hunky male (or female)
Looking good naked
Being healthier or better balanced than you parents when you get to their age
Impressing a personal trainer/teacher
Gaining confidence/feeling better about yourself
Making tons of money with your body/becoming a rock star/movie star/model
Or A thousand other possibilities.......
