Whats up? i need a good idea on what to use for pct and what to use while on if anything to prevent bitch tits! im 24 just started my 2nd cycle 10 wks of deca 400mgs wk weeks 5 thru 10 50mgs winny ed! im 6ft 180 lbs 9%bf working out 2 dedicated years

week 1-2 40mg ed Nolvadex
week 3-6 20mg ed Nolvadex
week 1-6 .25mg eod Arimidex

Go to the PCT forum youll find what you need, just look. Also, get this stuff in line while you get your gear, never start a cycle without all the pieces, thats just being stupid and showing you shouldnt be doing this

no test in the cycle? shouldnt get bitch tits from a little cycle like this but to be safe get hands on some nolvadex. 20mg/day should be good for pct.
