Hey how much muscle mass do you lose when you cut? I heard like ten pounds

anyways my goal is to try and reach 210 and cut down to 200..i am 6 ft maybe 6'1 would I look big at that size?

and yo i just bought some natural apple sauce no sugar or anything.prob high in carbs...is this ok?:D

there is no set amount, you can theoretically lose 100lbs.

As long as you keep your protein high and you don't go to extremeties with your cardio you shouldn't lose any muscle at all. Supplements like creatine and l-glutamine can help prevent muscle loss during long cutting diets.
