k folks
i am 40 soon to be 41 years old (uggg!)been overweight most my life
start of this year i started to change that
i dieted with mixed results
started working out 5 months ago
up to 4-6 times a week depending on my work
here is the deal i have huge thighs and great lower legs
i work on my feet
and i cycled, played football, rugby and volleyball in high school and university
my lower body is underdeveloped
i focus my weight lifting on the upper body, back and abs (ugg!)
and now on ATKINS which has been working well
i can fit in an XL again instead of an XXL (which prompted all this)
what else can i do??

i take a nice cocktails of herbs and vitamins.......tnt, guggulipid, ginko, kelp, chromium, lots of b's, dma, arginine and glutamine
what can i do/take to help me cut my lower and mid body while bulking up yet still removing fat from my upper

forever indebted to whomever has any words of wisdom for me
 
try investing in some hydroxycut...I have a few friends and relatives that have gotten on that, all said they have dropped pounds like crazy and lots of fat...my one cousin is a fat fuck and he decided to go on it when he started working out. Lost a good amount of fat around the stomach and face. Keep in mind you have to bust your balls at the gym too though...dont just take it. train hard....

keep on good diet also...
High protein, low carb....also WATER...lots of it.

I PERSONALLY never had a weight problem (knock on wood) -- The only problem i have with weight, is gaining it...
So i cant give you personal experience...but many people have asked me the same ? at the gym, and from what i understand ive helped all the alot so...thats my advice...

damn i just found out i was doing atkins wrong and gotta bump up my fat intake :(
