I think I may have seriously hurt my shoulder. Last night at the gym was shoulder night, and about two hours after my workout, my shoulder started to get really sore. This morning I can't extend it straight out in front of me or beside me. Do you think I've torn something or just strained a muscle ? If i would have torn something I would have felt it at the gym wouldn't I ?
