THis probably should be on supp board, but juicers take supps too. anyway, i take about 8grams of fishoils a day (# 3 6 and 9s), zinc in moring and before bed, ala 3-4 grams a day with meals, cran extract for kidneys, saw palmetto for prostate, i take milk thistle if i drink, vitmains 2grams a day of C, and 800 ius of E, are there any other essential supples besides protein. I startingto believe anything but vitamins are absolute shit and waste of money. any, help would be great.
